1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products

  • Products without original packaging or tags

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable (if applicable)


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share:

    • Order Number

    • Product Name

    • Reason for Return

    • Photos (mandatory for damaged/incorrect products)

Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you with return shipping instructions.


3. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider / bank

  • Processing time may vary depending on payment gateway

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
